This document serves as MEMPROW's primary roadmap for 2026-2040. We are transitioning from a service-delivery organisation into a systemic architect of feminist power. After seventeen years of proven impact, we are moving beyond addressing the symptoms of patriarchy. We will now dismantle its root structures. This strategy outlines how we will build the agency of girls, reform the institutions that serve them, and sustain a resilient, intergenerational movement.
