This position paper addresses sexual harassment, sexual coercion and sexual exploitation in institutions regulated under the Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions Act, covering conduct by staff against students, by students against students, by staff against staff, and by third parties operating within or adjacent to the institutional environment. It treats technology-facilitated sexual and gender-based violence as integral to the subject matter rather than as an emerging annex to it.
