At MEMPROW, we offer comprehensive training on leadership skills, feminist theory, and transformative leadership practices that emphasize self-awareness, critical thinking, and advocacy. Our program encourages girls and young women to lead with confidence, commitment, and a deep dedication to Feminism, Gender equality and social justice.

Participants are equipped with the skills necessary to become effective change agents in their communities, advocating for gender equality and the rights of women and girls.
