Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH)
At MEMPROW, we are deeply committed to advancing the sexual and reproductive health (SRH) rights of adolescent girls and young women. Our SRH program is designed to provide comprehensive education and resources that are specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of this demographic, empowering them with the knowledge, skills, and agency to make informed choices about their bodies and futures.
Through a range of interactive workshops, community outreach initiatives, and peer education programs, we cover critical topics such as menstrual health management, contraception, prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and addressing gender-based violence (GBV). Our approach fosters a holistic understanding of SRH, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and social well-being.
We believe in a feminist approach to SRH, advocating for accessible and equitable healthcare services for all. Our programs are grounded in the principles of empowerment, bodily autonomy, and the right to make informed decisions free from discrimination and stigma. By equipping girls and women with accurate information and supportive networks, we aim to build their confidence and capacity to assert their SRH rights and live healthier, more empowered lives.
This program ensure that every girl and young woman can access the information and services they need to thrive.
