MEMPROW in 2020 had a smooth transition from its founding Executive Director to new leadership. This fundamental change marks a significant milestone in the organization's growth and development.

Under the guidance of Dr. Hilda Tadria, MEMPROW established a strong foundation and achieved remarkable results since 2008 in building Girls and Young women Voice, Choice and Power; challenge indoctrinate Patriarchal Practices; Scaling Young Women leadership; Economic Empowerment and Feminist Leadership. We express our sincere gratitude for their visionary leadership and dedication to our mission.

The transition process was carefully planned and executed, ensuring minimal disruption to our programs and services. The new Executive Director, Ms. Immaculate Mukasa, brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to the organization.

The transition banked achievements based;-
