MEMPROW has a proud history of empowering girls and young women to become influential leaders. Our program alumnae have consistently demonstrated exceptional capabilities, excelling in various fields and assuming pivotal roles within their communities.

From communities, education and business to activism and governance. Many have taken on leadership roles in schools, organizations, and their own entrepreneurial and social enterprise ventures. They have founded successful organizations, held leadership positions in schools, and contributed to positive social change. Their successes serve as an inspiration to current and future MEMPROW participants, demonstrating the power of empowerment and the boundless potential of young women.

We celebrate their triumphs as a proof to MEMPROW's mission: To build young women’s agency and a feminist movement for an inclusive and violence free society.
